HOW TO REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION
To delete your Zytros Mobile account, please contact us using any of the methods below. We will process your request within 30 days of receipt.

- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Subject line: Zytros Mobile — Account Deletion Request
WHAT WE DELETE
Upon approval of your request, the following will be permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your user account and login credentials
- Your personal information (name, email address, contact details)
- Your GPS location data captured during asset verifications
- Photos uploaded through the Zytros Mobile app
- Your device tokens and push notification preferences
- Your in-app activity history
WHAT WE MAY RETAIN
Certain records may be retained where required by South African law or for legitimate accounting and auditing purposes, including:
- Asset verification records that form part of a client's statutory fixed asset register
- Records required under the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008
- Records required under IRBA regulations
- Records required under POPIA No. 4 of 2013
These records are retained only for the minimum period required by law.
PROCESSING TIME
All deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
